This old farmhouse house in St. Joseph County, Michigan near Kalamazoo, Portage, and Coldwater, was given an extreme makeover. The old asphalt shingle roof and cedar shingles were removed. The two-story farmhouse had Edco Arrowline Enhanced Slate metal shingles installed on it. All of the single-story roofs received a concealed Fastener standing seam metal roof. The old siding was removed and new board and batten metal siding was installed, as well as horizontal seamless double five metal siding to create a stunning combination to bring new life to this old farmhouse. The wide white frieze boards were replicated using metal trim pieces which give it the look and effect without the maintenance of a painted board. The final result is a neglected old farmhouse restored to its original beauty and charm.
