After a few years of chasing roof leaks this customer hired us to replace the aging metal roof on their marina in Culver, Indiana. The existing metal roof was an exposed Fastener metal roof and was approximately 40- 50 years old at the time of replacement. One of the highlights of this project was that at the end of its useful life the old roofing was able to be recycled instead of having to be taken to the landfill. We installed a brand new 24 gauge mechanically seamed, concealed fastener, standing seam metal roof that will serve this building and its owner well for another 50 years or more.
